System overviewEngineered around your production requirement
The Automatic Zinc Plating Line provides a complete surface treatment solution for steel components requiring reliable corrosion resistance, uniform zinc coating, and consistent production quality. The system is suitable for both decorative and functional zinc plating applications across various industrial sectors.
The line integrates chemical degreasing, electrolytic cleaning, acid pickling, zinc electroplating, passivation, and drying into a controlled production process. Depending on customer requirements, it can be configured for acid zinc or alkaline zinc plating, with different passivation options to achieve the desired coating appearance and corrosion protection.
Equipped with automated hoist transfer systems, PLC controls, programmable process parameters, and optional SCADA monitoring, the line supports accurate control of plating time, current, temperature, and chemical treatment sequences.
Each system is customized according to product dimensions, coating thickness requirements, production capacity, available factory space, and environmental standards. Additional equipment such as rectifiers, filtration systems, exhaust treatment, and wastewater treatment can be integrated to support safe, efficient, and sustainable production.
