ES-PRO provides upgrade and retrofit solutions for existing electroplating and surface treatment lines to improve reliability, safety, capacity and process control.
The scope can include replacement or modification of tanks, hoists, rectifiers, pumps, filtration, exhaust systems, electrical panels, PLC/HMI controls and SCADA software.
Upgrades can be carried out in stages to minimize production interruption, with the new system adapted to the existing equipment and factory conditions.
