System overview

Engineered around your production requirement

Hard anodizing lines are designed for aluminium components that require thicker, harder and more wear-resistant anodic coatings than conventional anodizing.

ES-PRO provides customized hard anodizing systems with precise temperature control, high-capacity rectifiers, cooling, filtration, agitation and automated process control. Each line is engineered according to alloy type, coating thickness, current density, production capacity and required surface performance to achieve stable and repeatable results.
