Automatic Gate Type or Side Arm (with Rack/Jig/Barrel)
We design and build automatic gate type and side arm equipment suite to customer requirement , the automatic can operate with Rack or Jig or Barrel.
Rack or Jig type equipment mainly used in electroplating with multiple products and processes.
Design features as follow:
- To consider standardization and modularization with product feature, site and environment factors, to ensure equipment design meet the quality with reasonable layout planning.
- Hoist brake assist system with magnetic or laser positioning sensor effectively prevent hoist slip or miss position.
- Vibration with rocking system will ensure good plating result for special plating process (electroless plating, satin nickel etc).
- Carefully design Piping and cathode anode layout, high current shielding device will increase plating uniformity, reduce plating time and saving chemical resources.
- Advance software control drives a precise timing control and sequence, save time and able to handle multiple parts
Barrel type equipment mainly for small size high volume plating.
Design features as follow:
- The hoist comes with containment tray to prevent contamination due to dragging of solution from barrel and parts.
- Barrel with automatic unloading design, and can link to post treatment hoist, prevent human handling error and reduce manual labour work.
- Barrel comes with auto weighting device so rectifier can set the current automatic according to barrel weight.
- Barrel shaft and cover design effectively prevent part stuck in barrel and improve plating products yield.
